Well I just got home from my first sanctioned CFDA event here in Portland and what a hoot....

Thanks to all for the kind words and encouragement regarding the Crossword. I trust ya'll have had a stab at it already as I got my hard copy yesterday here on the left coast.

Next up????

Oaters - TV

Now all ya have to do is scroll back in this thread and find the link I posted of Gabby Hayes introducing all the theme songs of the TV westerns that aired when I was a cub and you will be well informed for the next puzzle....

Hint? - BIG toothpick????

Hmmmm, no takers....ok

Big toothpick reffers to the TV series Jim Bowie (Knife aka Arkansas toothpick)....

Ok, I am just putting the finishing touches on the next puzzel Oaters from TV.

Teaser....Just how many times did Chuck Connors fire his Winchester 1892 Saddlering Carbine in the opening scene of the Rifleman?....and... how many rounds does that firearm really hold :?:

Well while the next issue of the Gazette is still on the press I thought I would through out the tickler for the next crossword...

Oaters - TV.

Now this isn't Lonsome Dove or Open Range although I will respect almost anything with Duvall in it.... This is TV westerns that made it and a few of those that didn't.

A must watch to ensure you have knocked all the dust off your memory cells is....
