Suspension Notice Effective: September 3rd, 2019
The DFW Gunslingers have had their CFDA Affiliation and CFDA/NRA Insurance suspended, due to the demonstration of unsafe gun handling, and not following the principles and guidelines of the Cowboy Fast Draw Association.
The DFW Gunslinger will be considered for reinstatement once they have provided the following:
1. DFW Gunslingers obtain your own Shooting Club Liability Insurance Policy, in the name of your club.
2. Provide proof that there is a legal entity in your state named, DFW Gunslingers.
3. DFW Gunslingers provide Cowboy Fast Draw Association, LLC with a Certificate of "Additionally Insured", as provided for in Section 6. Of the CFDA Club Affiliation Agreement.
4. Letter of confirmation that in the future your club and members will follow all CFDA Safety Rules and adhere to the principles of CFDA.
